Dr. Cambron holds an MSW and an EdD in organizational leadership from Spalding University. Shannon has dedicated over 25 years to supporting public and private organizations live into and expand their full capacity for sustained change. Her areas of practice expertise include applied cultural humility, staff/leadership development, program development, training and curriculum development.
Dr. Borders earned his MSSW and Ph.D. from the University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work, and his M.Div. from a local seminary. His areas of practice expertise are advocacy with older adults, community and organizational practice, program evaluation, and effective teaching. Kevin works with local agencies on program evaluation and has served on numerous local organizational boards.
